    Election #1 - Lord Duke - 20th October 2012

Post  BrownLands on Sun Oct 21, 2012 4:24 am

Please take your pick. Votes may be changed up until the poll closes.

The Libertarian-Industrial Party will be nominating two people for offices: The Federal Empire of Fontoria will be running for the position of WA Delegate, and The Free State of V E X will be running for the position of Lord Duke.

The Libertarian-Industrial Party believes in maximum human freedoms and minimum government regulation. We believe that government exists for one purpose: to protect YOUR rights.

If you have any questions, you may telegram The Federal Empire of Fontoria, The Free State of V E X, or The KFland of KF25.

The Royal Aluvean Party is starting for the regional elections with The imperium of brotherhood steel as our candidate for the Lord Duke.
Why do you should give us your vote ? Because we are staying for the constitution, national sovereignty along with a better regional integration trough voluntary projects like a regional Investmentbank to help new Nations.
Also we are standing for a Region, open to anyone who don't promote hate speech.
If you have any questions or if you want to join our party (membership in the regional forum is required for joining a regional party) feel free to contact our founder the holy russo-venatian empire of valorono , The imperium of brotherhood steel or me the Kingdom of Phoenixia.

If you have any questions please ask around on the RMB.

What exactly would happen in the event of a perfect tie?

Firstly a re-election would happen in 2 weeks. If it is still a tie we do not know. If it is a tie the two party leaders can sort things out on their own if they wish.

Why wait two weeks, and even if you did, why might you think that the outcome would be any different?

The best way to fix a problem like this would be to introduce a third party.

Two weeks to give eneugh time for an effective re-campaign and I cannot "create a thrid party". Someone has to make one

    I see.

Also, I know you can't, but it would shake things up a bit.

Well seeing the royal party stands for the conservative side of the political spectrum, and the liberal industrialists stand for the liberal side of it, I imagine the third party would stand for the socialist side of the political spectrum.

By the way seeing VEX has now left us, I presume I'll be taking his place.

    It's Libertarian-Industrial, not Liberal Industrial.

Libertarians believe in a conservative economic policy.
